Eucalyptus Seed Pod and Pearl earrings

These unique earrings were made of cast eucalyptus seed pod caps by adding layers of silver paste to the pod and then firing it. The result is fine silver pieces that were patinated to look like bronze, then assembled together with pearls and textured silver hoops. They hang from silver French wire earring backs.
